I am a lawyer working in the employment and dispute resolution team at Ford Sumner.

I can help you on a wide range of matters, including restraints of trade, health & safety legislation, the Holidays Act, disciplinary action, restructuring and redundancies, dismissals and performance management issues.

Ford Sumner has worked with LawHawk on their automated employment agreement, and our joint custom employment agreement review and automation service, and I am a member of the Ford Sumner team managing an automated employment agreement service.

Prior to joining the firm I worked in legal compliance and in barristers’ chambers following legal studies here in New Zealand and in the Netherlands.
